Order Processing:

Upon placing your order, our team will process it promptly to ensure swift dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Collection Orders:

After you place your order for collection, you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect. Orders are normally ready the following working day. When you arrive at the school, we will ask for your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email. Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We recommend reviewing product descriptions for any specific shipping limitations. 

Delivery Methods:

At Friends’ School Lisburn, we utilise Royal Mail for domestic, international, and worldwide deliveries. Your order may be delivered anytime between 7 am and 9 pm, with a signature required upon receipt. Delivery times depend on the service selected and are subject to change during peak times of the year, such as Christmas. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on bank holidays; in this instance, please expect your order to arrive on the following working day.

Returns Policy for Friends’ School Lisburn Merchandise 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Friends’ School Lisburn. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 

Return Process: 

1. Contact us at merchandise@friends.lisburn.ni.sch.uk to initiate the return process.
2. Once approved, securely pack the item with your original order number.

Please note: 

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is for a faulty or incorrect item. 

– We cannot accept returns of certain items, including made-to-order items, items returned more than 30 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.
